Ben Middleton IV, MSN, RN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Ben Middleton IV brings over a decade of diverse clinical experience to Premier
Family Care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Health
and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. Following graduation,
Ben began his career in Tulsa before embarking on an 11-year journey as a travel
nurse in the operating room, serving in 12 different healthcare facilities across
five states.

After meeting his wife during a travel assignment in Kansas City, Ben
returned to Tulsa and pursued his Master of Science in Nursing,
specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, which he completed
in 2024.Outside the clinic, Ben enjoys cheering on college sports,
biking, skiing, traveling, cooking and gardening with his wife,
and spending time with their beloved pets—Frank the dog and
Luna the cat.
